GetReadyToWiggle.com Review This is our son Alex's favorite toy. (at age 17 months) Press down on the Wiggles and the wheels spin for about 10 seconds, the Wiggles bob up and down and it plays "Toot Toot Chugga Chugga Big Red Car" (not the whole song… just that piece of it) Alex at 17 months does play with this toy correctly… he makes it go then holds on to it; either watching the wheels turn or he holds the Wiggles themselves so the car bobs up and down. Or he will start it in a position where it cannot go anywhere (he does this so much it must be on purpose). The only time he lets it run freely is when he puts it on an end table… then he enjoys watching drive it off onto the floor. He'll bring it to me when he wants to see it cross the floor (over and over and over again). This toy has taken a lot of abuse. It is pretty durable. Once it quit working and he brought it to me with the saddest expression on his face. Luckily when I took it apart I found a loose wire that I was able to fix so Daddy was hero that night. This toy is so important to him that the next day we went out and bought a replacement in case it breaks again. Be aware that it eats batteries and is kind of irritating. Hearing the same snippet of the song over and over again can grate on your nerves. When the car is activated but is trapped it makes an annoying 'clicking' sound. But all I have to do is say to Alex: "Toot Toot Chugga Chugga Big Red Car" and he'll get a big smile on his face and run and get it so it is a highly recommended Wiggles Toy.
